Fresh aromas of ripe raspberries, damp moss, and crushed gravel. Palate has flavors of plum, dark cherry, subtle spices. Mineral and precise while being totally seamless, a high-tension but delicate wine, wonderfully smooth and complete. 

Fermented in 1.5T open top bins. 

Non-innoculated (wild/indigenous yeast drive fermentation). 

50% of the fruit was fermented with 30% whole cluster inclusion (15% whole cluster component at bottling).
